Aloha and welcome to my web site. My name is Julia Paul and I own a Real Estate office in the Pahoa Marketplace, located in the heart of the Puna district. The Big Island is known for it’s affordable real estate and active volcanoes. Our area has the most affordable Real Estate in the State of Hawaii.
As a 40 year resident of the Big Island, I have been selling real estate since 1981. I am a licensed real estate broker (for 27 years) and specialize in the Puna district. I enjoy selling real estate and live in one of the most beautiful areas in the United States. I am proud to be a member of this community and to have raised my daughter, Shelley Addison here. During my 40 years on the Big Island I have personally built 8 homes ( yes, my brother helped!) and I can assist you in the planning of your new home.
Not only do I sell real estate but I have also been a minister. I have served as chaplain at the Hilo Hospital and have worked with teens, teaching spiritual principles. I have been known to perform marriages and then sell the newlyweds their first home. The one thing I do know is that is never too late to reinvent your life.
